What you own

• Your domain name, registered in your name and paid to the registrar directly.
• The website code, kept in a GitHub account you own.
• Every login — hosting, editor, Google Business Profile and booking tools — with you as the owner.
• A written handover guide explaining where everything lives and how to use it.

If you ever want to move to another designer or look after the site yourself, you can. There are no exit fees and no files held back. Care plans are monthly, so you can cancel any time.

Continuity guarantee

CrownCraft is a small studio, and you deserve the same certainty you’d get from a large agency. So at launch you receive a handover kit with your logins, files and setup notes. It’s shared with you through a secure password manager, and we update it within 5 business days of any change to your setup.

Because the kit is already with you, you never depend on us to keep your site running. If you can’t reach us for 10 business days, you’re free to hand the kit to anyone you choose, and they can pick up where we left off. Most clients will never need it, and that’s the point.
