How do payments work?
50% to start and 50% at launch. No work goes live until you approve it.
Is hosting included in Starter and Growth?
Hosting is part of a care plan. You can also host it yourself; we’ll hand everything over.
What isn’t included?
Domain registration, paid booking or email software, copywriting beyond your pages, and professional photography are extra or billed at cost.
Do I need a care plan?
No. But sites without updates and backups tend to break or slow down over time.
